DFDS Tickets 18 Sep 2020 07:41 #118567

I contacted DFDS yesterday 17th Sep 2020, was told that my multi tickets for 2020 have been extended to 30th September 2021, NOT December 2021. She said that as the covid 19 issue changes perhaps so will the guidance from DFDS

We have a similar thing with P&O multi-trip tickets. Ours strictly expired 31st December but they firstly said they would extend them to May when we thought we woud return to France, and have now confrmed they are atill valid, Our problem is it used to be possible to arrange trips on the phone, but it now has to be done on the internet, and there is no provision there for our year-old tickets. We hope to sort it before wednesday when we aim to go back to Burgundy.

Unfortunately I've not been able to use my DFDS tickets so far this year and it looks unlikely I will. Does anyone know if DFDS will be extending the validity of these tickets so we can use them next year, or whether they will be offering refunds for tickets unused because of Covid?

If anyone wants any of these bargain return tickets (Dover to Calais or Dunkirk) please PM me. Thanks
