How :
Very significant water leak reach 17-18 Ocean at Le Vandin pk 84+100 in the town of Palinges through a vault
masonry under the river which threatens to collapse the structure over a length of approximately 10 meters.
The temporary repair work (earthworks, formwork and pouring of a RC slab above the part of
the vault concerned are estimated (non-contractual date) at two weeks if there is no change (risk of rupture of
the work over a greater length) damage by then
In case of need, you may contact the following authorities:
Regional Direction Centre-Bourgogne, Chemin Jacques de Baerze, CS 36229, 21062 DIJON CEDEX

There has been a breach of the banks on the Ocean side of the Canal with loss of water. Through traffic currently impossible.
