Environment Agency Harbour Master's notice for the following emergency lock closure:

When: Friday 6 March 2020 until further notice.

Where: Sunbury Lock

What’s happening: a boat has sunk in the main channel above Sunbury Lock cut and is blocking navigation. As a result, passage through the lock is not possible. When conditions allow, we will remove the vessel.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this closure may cause and will update you as soon as we can.
