Yes - Mark has worked on our barge from time to time from first re-build - nearly 20 years ago.

You don't need a barge to join - a dream of boating in Europe will do'. See www.barges.org

Great thanks Andy,
Have you/anyone used him? He's good for all electrics because I've got setup issues as well as the solar add on?

Back again, thank you to the couple of replies so far.
Anyone else got maybe an electrician around Thames area who is completely competent (I've had a couple that haven't seemed to get the rest of my electrical system right) as I want to get it sorted while adding solar so I need a professional.
thanks

If you can wire a plug, you can install solar.

With the money saved by doing it yourself, treat yourself to a good quality wire stripper and a decent ratchet crimper.

Don't forget fuses. And don't forget that the cable is usually single core, so you need one for positive and one for negative. There are dozens of YOUtube videos on how to do it, but I haven't yet found a good one to recommend. Another case where excessive choice is not a benefit. However, the charger manual will probably tell you all you need to know.

Finally, I commend this site for good value solar PV equipment.
